Manifesto Part III
For Isiah as the GM regading the coaching staff:
11. Our assistants are teachers first, head coaches in training second
12. We're trying to create a winning system, not a win every night
13. Team offense is a system, not a scheme
14. Stats count second, unless they are rebounds, steals or assists.
15. We will coach from the positive and build both self-confidence and team-confidence
I am less concerned about how Isiah coaches the team than I am how he reacts as GM when he thinks his coaching role is being challenged. There have been too many desperation moves in the past, we simply cannot afford even one more.
